Mechanism of action
It has excellent resistance to concentrated alkali, high temperature, oxidation, and hard water. It has excellent penetration, emulsification, degreasing, cleaning, and dispersion effects under strong alkaline conditions.
During the pre impregnation process of mechanical pulping wood chips, the lignin in the intercellular layer of softened fibers can be increased, making it easier for fiber separation to occur between the intercellular layer and the primary wall of the fibers during pulping. This allows for a more complete separation of fibers and fine fibers, greatly improving the softness and bonding strength of the fibers, and achieving the best strength indicators.
During the pre impregnation process of mechanical pulping wood chips, the dissolution of resin, carbohydrates, and other extracts from the chips can be improved, reducing the impact of resin on production operations and the yellowing of the pulp.
The treated wood fibers have a uniform luster and a significant improvement in fiber strength.
Application
Suggested dosage: Equivalent to approximately 1-1.2kg per ton of slurry, subject to actual demand
Addition point: wood chip washing system or pre impregnator, etc.
