PA300 is a highly active deinking accelerator developed based on the theory of the impact of HLB value on the deinking process, combined with the actual production factors of domestic paper companies, and has strong penetration and stripping abilities, with significant effects on improving the whiteness of deinked pulp. It works synergistically with deinking agents to promote overall deinking efficiency. For currently difficult-to-treat waste paper materials, it has advantages and characteristics that other activator products do not possess:

Traditional soap-sodium deinking agents have their limitations:

A. Insufficient penetration and peeling force, weak removal effect on new connecting materials, colored fibers, and resins

B. It works only after alkali saponification and depends on the pH value; while too high pH value will cause fiber yellowing

C. A certain concentration of calcium ions is required to exert its effect, which can cause scaling in the system;

D. Due to the anionic nature of hydrolysis, it has no adsorption capacity for water-based inks (negatively charged) and cannot be effectively removed

E. It will cause high COD in the system drainage and increase pressure on environmental protection


PA300 can effectively compensate for the deficiency of sodium soap and solve the problem of difficulty in handling soap based deinking agents, so it works extremely well when used in combination.
