Introduction and Characteristics
This product is an H2O2 synergistic additive that can be widely used in DIP/APMP/BCTMP/TMP pulping processes. Its main purpose is to stabilize the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide, shield the interference of other ion factors, and maximize its bleaching effect; Replace the use of sodium silicate, eliminate a series of problems caused by scaling, extend the service life of equipment, and optimize production efficiency.

Appearance: light yellow liquid
Active ingredients: 29%
• Solubility: easily soluble in cold water
• PH: 7.5-10.5
Mechanism of action
1788 is a natural organic phosphate extracted from plant seeds, which is not only environmentally friendly but also highly protective of hydrogen peroxide. It is stable under strong alkali and high humidity conditions, achieving the best bleaching effect and high buffering capacity for pH value.
Compared with similar products, 1788 has a more significant effect on systems containing a large amount of iron ions. Hydrogen peroxide bleaching is generally carried out under alkaline conditions, with a pH value of 10-11. At this time, iron ions actually exist in the form of colloids. 1788's adsorption effect on iron hydroxide colloids is incomparable to other products.
1788 can significantly reduce the dosage of sodium silicate while improving the whiteness of bleaching, thereby effectively addressing the negative impact of scaling in the evaporation system.
Characteristics
Replace existing hydrogen peroxide stabilizer products and significantly reduce the amount of sodium silicate, providing excellent pH space for hydrogen peroxide and preventing excessive or ineffective consumption.
The addition amount is small, and the water system is cleaner, which can reduce COD.
When used, it can stabilize hydrogen peroxide, improve bleaching efficiency, and ensure the healthy operation of the system.
Application
Usage:
DAHNET-1788 can be added to the system during hydrogen peroxide bleaching according to the general pulping process.
The dosage is about 3.5kg, and the specific addition plan is subject to the actual process requirements of the workshop.
